I'm afraid for someone who is just starting is a bit more to read but bottom line, the formula is very easy and the bread is wonderful.<br />I though I don't like whole wheat breads but I pretty much changed my mind since I'm making my own breads. Cum ii spuneam si Lianei mai sus, era sa-mi distrug maiaua cu o unbleached din alimentara (de regula, folosesc o faina unbleached luata la sac de 25kg). Revenind, painea se lucreaza minunat, dospeste minunat (acum intre noi 2 fie vorba am citit in diagonala formual si de-abia dupa 2.5h bulk fermentation am facut 2 manevre de SF la cate 50 de minute LOL. vai!). Acum o refac cum trebuie si am sa fac iar si fotografii. Gustul e intr-adevar deosebit si o spun eu, care-s din grupul celor care prefera painea alba :) <br /><br /><br />Te pup cu drag! Imi place scoring-ul la nebunie, mie mi-e frica sa fac diamant, stiind ca se pleosteste putin painea, dar tie ti-a iesit perfect. Cred ca o faina buna e cruciala pentru formula asta.
