Andreea, iti doresc un Craciun minunat. Am tot vrut zilele trecute sa iti las un comentariu si sa iti spun ce impresionata am fost cand am vazut colectia ta de "idei pentru masa de sarbatoare". Ai un blog extraordinar, prietenos si imbietor. Ma bucur ca ne-am cunoscut si imi doresc sa ne impritetenim tot mai tare in anii care urmeaza. Te pup si ma gandesc la tine in zilele astea speciale. Hi Andreea:) I can't believe that I haven't commented on this post... everything looks superb! You are truly an amazing cook... and baker. You've made everything from beef wellington to parajitura televizor.... I was first introduced to the prajitura at a family gathering a couple of years back...a niece who came from Romania recently made it...and it was delicious. Yours looks beautiful!
Thank you for all your recipes you've posted... I made the prajitura cu 9 linguri sometime ago, it was so tasty! Mine sank a bit(didn't affect the taste whatsoever)...but that's probably because I added too much baking powder, as I didn't know the equivalent of "un praf de copt":). We loved it nonetheless:)...and plan on making it again:)! ... to try a cherry version or a strawberry one.
that 9-18 spoons cake is very forgiving. If the batter seems too runny, add one more spoon of flour, shouldn't be thick but the fruits should not sink either. Thanks for stopping by :)
